goods are accepted and certified at the arrival through the use of barcode label, all the defined information are archived for the proper management (production lot code, serial number, expiring date, store’s code, status of the goods, quality control, etc.)
goods are identified and allocated in specific “positions” on the shelving units (some of our warehouses are equipped with earthquake proof shelves and ADR areas).
Picking orders arrive to the warehouse mainly in automatic way and through pre-defined procedures we do picking, packaging and shipment preparation. Goods may be picked even on specific information (parcel number, serial number, expiring date)
when goods are ready the shipment is prepared. Transport may be followed directly by our structure and/or entrusted to a carrier chosen by the client
goods stock is updated in real time and quantities are modified at each single operation.
For each transaction it is possible to trace the flow in a T&T portal and to have a direct data exchange with the client, if requested.
