1872

Gottardo Ruffoni operated in international freight with a thick national network and international and European partners.

1950

Rondine was a pioneer company in transport mainly from Italy to East Europe countries so that it became exclusive “correspondent” for governmental authorities in charge of shipments in most of Eastern Europen countries.

2000

The two companies Gottardo Ruffoni and Rondine melt together and gave life to Gottardo Ruffoni Rondine Spedizioni Internazionali S.p.A. who distinguished itself and demonstrated, in the market, to be a stable coordinator for shipments activities for all Europe thanks to the territorial coverage with branches in strategic positions, with ultra-decennial experience and focused its company mission on the attention and quality of the offered service, on reduction of delivery time and costs.

2004

Gottardo Ruffoni Rondine Spedizioni Internazionali became part of IHG Group with the aim to get its structure stronger.

2006

The Company was completely acquired by Rhenus Group and in Italy operates as RHENUS LOGISTICS S.P.A Italia with legal head office in Buccinasco – Via delle Azalee 6.

All these historical steps are the foundation and the solidity of the company that can rely on an international network without “repressing” the individuality of each country.
