We Offer

Rhenus UK provides a cost effective, personalised courier service with step by step tracking.
We will ship your documents with a weight upto 0.5 kg and parcels upto 30 kg. On demand, we offer a nationwide collection service for delivery within 1-5 days.

Need to know where your docs or parcels are?
No need to log onto a website, we will have already done this for you and supplied you with the current location and estimated arrival of your order, we will then follow this up with a confirmation document showing who signed for receipt, including date and time.

Important Information

• How do I calculate the volumetric weight of the package?
  Multiply the height x width x depth and divide by 5000.
• How should I package my shipment?
  In the shipper’s own packaging, adequate to withstand the journey.
• Customs – What documents do I need for each country?
  Non-Eu countries require either a pro-forma or a commercial invoice.
• Are there any size restrictions for the courier service?
  Yes – size restriction on girth. Maximum girth is 330 cm and maximum length is 274 cm.
• Girth is calculated in the following manner:
  Add the 2 shortest sides together x 2 and then add the longest side.
  E.g if the dimensions are 50 cm x 60 cm x 110 cm, girth is (50 + 60) x 2 + 110 = 330 cm.
